SPEEDY, NO-HASSLE TESTING
HEC has its headquarters in Easton, Maryland. We maintain contacts with collection centers throughout the United States. Nearly all of our 8,000 plus collection centers are centrally located, independent facilities with convenient parking and flexible hours. We make testing simple and quick for you and your employees.

LAB SERVICES
HEC uses only Substance and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) formally NIDA approved
laboratories. Drug Testing is performed using the DHHS-approved screening test. A gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC/MS) confirmation test is performed for all specimens identified as "positive" on the initial screen. Negative results are usually reported within 24 hours.

Medical Review Officer (MRO) SERVICES
HEC's physicians are certified by the American Association of Medical Review Officers. Our MROs and licensed health professionals receive all lab results, maintain all necessary confidentiality and conduct medical interviews with individuals who test positive.

9-DRUG SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING
HEC offers a standard screening for nine of the most commonly abused drugs:
AMPHETAMINES (Dexedrine, Biphetamine, Ritalin, Preludin, and Methedrin)
MARIJUANA (THC or Delta-9-Tetra-Hydrocannabinol)
COCAINE (Cocaine Hydrochloride)
OPIATES (Heroin, Morphine, Codeine)
PHENCYCLIDINE (PCP)
BARBITURATES (Seconal, Nembutal, Amytal, Butisol, Tuinol, and Phenobarbital)
BENZODIAZEPINES (Valium, Librium, Xanal, Serax Tranxene, Ativan, and Dalmane)
METHADONE (Opiate Derivative)
PROPOXYPHENE (Opiate Derivative)
