Supervisor Training:
All supervisors who have the authority to request an employee to
take a reasonable suspicion test must complete this training.
We recommend at least two people trained from each company.

Prepare Random Names and SS# List to make sure if you are testing both regulated and non regulated employees that you have two lists. You may not mix regulated employees with your non regulated employees.
4.
Pre-employment Testing:
Negative test before employee goes on duty.
Drug and Alcohol test history requested from previous employer.
5.
File System Set-up:
Separate files from other personnel files. Access to these files limited.
We suggest files for:
DOT results
Non-DOT results
Mail (including contracts);
Policy
Random selection notices
Positive test records along with SAP documents and other letters pertaining to positive test
results
